The back of the upper arm is the recommended placement area because the sensor is designed and indicated for use there.
Important: Placement in other areas may cause the sensor to work improperly.

Keep Away From Injection Sites
Keep the Libre sensor at least 1 inch away from insulin injection sites.This helps you avoid placing the sensor too close to where insulin is administered.

Prepare Your Skin
Before applying your sensor:1. Wash the area with plain soap and water.2. Dry your skin completely.3. Clean the area with an alcohol wipe.4. Allow it to air dry.Avoid applying the sensor until the skin is completely dry.
Clean skin helps the sensor stick
Place the applicator over the prepared area on the back of your upper arm.Press firmly according to the instructions supplied with your sensor.After application, gently press around the sensor's edge to help secure it.
