The Hollister Irrigation Sleeve with Belt Tabs is designed for individuals who perform routine colostomy irrigation as part of a bowel management program recommended by a healthcare professional. The sleeve helps collect and direct irrigation effluent into the toilet, promoting a cleaner and more comfortable irrigation experience.
The irrigation sleeve features a drainable top opening that provides convenient access to the stoma during the irrigation procedure. Once irrigation is complete, the opening can be securely closed using the attached wire closure, helping maintain control throughout the process.
Its 22-inch (56 cm) transparent sleeve allows effluent to flow directly into the toilet, reducing mess while allowing users or caregivers to monitor the irrigation process. Constructed with an odor-barrier film, the sleeve helps minimize odors for added confidence.
Integrated belt tabs allow the sleeve to be securely attached using a compatible ostomy belt (belt sold separately), providing stability during irrigation. The sleeve is reusable when cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions and includes a drainable pouch clamp for additional convenience.
Available with 2-inch and 3-inch opening options, the Hollister Irrigation Sleeve with Belt Tabs is manufactured without natural rubber latex, making it suitable for individuals with latex sensitivities.
